The App provides AI-based fabric analysis using your smartphone camera. You may use the App for identifying fabric weaves, knits, thread count, and distinguishing between the front and back side of fabrics.

3. Restrictions

You must not:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

The App, including its software, algorithms, databases, and all related intellectual property, is owned by fabricDNA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Mobile Microscope Attachment

The use of the fabricDNA mobile microscope attachment enhances the App's capabilities. The attachment is subject to separate terms and warranty.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the results provided by the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

fabricDNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
